Notice on the Clearance of Stored Personal Belongings for International Graduates

 To relevant graduates:

 In recent years, some international students returned to their home countries and completed their studies through online learning. Their personal belongings were packed and stored in the designated storage rooms of the university. According to the university's regulations on item storage issued at that time, the storage period for these items was three years, which has now far exceeded the prescribed limit. To standardize the management of university storage rooms and make reasonable use of space, the university has decided to carry out centralized clearance of these stored items.

 To protect the personal rights and interests of all graduates, the relevant clearance matters are hereby notified as follows:

 1.Clearance Period: Starting from the date of this notice, a three-month period will be provided for item clearance. Please complete the clearance of your personal belongings within this period.

 2.Clearance Methods: Graduates may come to the university in person to clear their items, or entrust relatives or friends to handle it on their behalf (for entrusted handling, a written authorization statement from the graduate and identity documents of both parties are required). During the clearance process, please comply with the university's relevant management regulations, carry out clearance work in an orderly manner, and avoid damaging items in the storage room and public facilities.

 3.Overdue Handling: After the clearance period expires, the university will carry out centralized clearance of all remaining unclaimed items. All related responsibilities and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the owners of the items.
